Have you developed a fear of speaking in public?

Is this fear constraining your life?

This particular phobia (glossophobia) is more prevalent than the fear of death, yet it serves no useful purpose. In fact, as those who suffer from it will be only too aware, it is an overwhelming fear that constrains opportunities and enjoyment of life whilst diminishing feelings of self -confidence and self-worth.

The fear of public speaking typically forms as a result of past experiences. It is compounded by both negative emotions attached to memories of the past and anticipation of future poor performance / failure / ridicule. As with other phobias, the fear of speaking in public is maintained by avoidance of the situation.

But, glossophobia can be swiftly and enduringly transformed with public speaking hypnosis / hypnotherapy. Old experiences from the past that are interfering with the present are re-evaluated, confidence in the present built, and understanding of future success both established and cemented.
